Yes! We hold a large percentage of our visits for same-day booking, so please come in and see us when you have questions or concerns!

First of all, welcome! We gladly offer family tours of our Bend and Redmond pediatric clinics! These tours allow you to experience our welcoming environment firsthand, meet our friendly staff, and get a feel for the exceptional care we provide. Call our main office to schedule your tour!
At COPA we welcome all commercial insurance plans and Oregon Medicaid (OHP)*. If you need help applying for Medicaid coverage, give us a call at 541-389-6313. Our Oregon Health Plan (OHP) Assisters will help you manage all the details.
*We accept Pacific Source Community Solutions, Eastern Oregon Coordinated Care Organization, and Medicaid Open Card. If you have recently moved to Central Oregon, we can help you get reassigned to the local Medicaid CCO.
Most insurance plans cover preventive care discussions and screenings during well visits. However, tests, procedures, or discussions aimed at diagnosing or treating health issues are not considered preventive. Depending on your insurance plan and coverage, these services may result in additional charges.
Adding a newborn to your insurance can be complex. We kindly request families to add their newborn to their policy within 30 days of birth. For assistance or questions, please contact our helpful billing department at 541-389-6313.
