INSURANCE
COPA holds active contracts with many insurance plans, however, participation and networks tiers can very; so it is important to confirm your coverage before your visit. We recommend contacting your insurance carrier directly to verify that COPA is in-network under your specific plan. As a courtesy, COPA will bill any insurance plan on your behalf.

We offer sliding scale fees to lower the cost of select services for newborns that may be applied to patient’s deductible. Depending on a family’s income, out-of-pocket costs could be as low as zero.
