INSURANCE
At COPA we welcome all commercial insurance plans and Oregon Medicaid (OHP)*.
If you need help applying for Medicaid coverage, give us a call at 541-389-6313. Our Oregon Health Plan (OHP) Assisters will help you manage all the details.
*We accept Pacific Source Community Solutions, Eastern Oregon Coordinated Care Organization, and Medicaid Open Card. If you have recently moved to Central Oregon, we can help you get reassigned to the local Medicaid CCO.

We offer sliding scale fees to lower the cost of select services for newborns that may be applied to patient’s deductible. Depending on a family’s income, out-of-pocket costs could be as low as zero.
